*** About COVID-19: ***

We are closely monitoring the CDC and the Tarrant County Public Health Department, as well as being in direct contact with city officials working alongside Mayor Price.

Based on the information these entities have shared with the public, we will be offering

To-Go/Curbside Pick-Up ONLY until further notice.

We will streamline the specifics on our social media pages, primarily through Facebook and Instagram. The rules and regulations are subject to change every hour, and we have to remain flexible to abide by those rules. We thank our customers for doing the same.

Small businesses in particular are in danger of being severely impacted, and we are doing everything we can to maintain our livelihood. This includes our employees and our families following standard safety protocols, such as:

* Always wearing gloves when handling any food or food-related objects

* Washing hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds

* Using alcohol-based hand sanitizer

 * Avoiding touching eyes, mouth, and nose

* Avoiding close contact with others

*Covering coughs and sneezes with clothed elbow or tissue

* Frequently disinfecting all touch surfaces and objects

The health of our customers and employees will always be our highest priority.   We will continue to monitor the aforementioned entities and use preventive measures to always maintain the cleanest environment possible at Dayne’s Craft Barbecue.

Please stay safe, Fort Worth. Together, we will persevere.

About Us

Meet Our Crew

(From right:)

Dayne Weaver - Pitmaster supreme. Burnt off majority of his arm hair. Never had braces but has perfect teeth.

Thomas Loven - Pitmaster apprentice extraordinaire. UNT grad but prefers to burn off arm hair with Dayne. Definitely had braces.

Ashley Weaver - Dayne's wife. Handles literally everything that doesn't involve meat. Now regrets turning down braces in middle school.

We are also blessed to have a multitude of family (and friends that we consider family) who volunteer their time every weekend to help out.

Okay...there might be some brisket bribing involved.

Our Mission

To have our barbecue in Fort Worth, TX be a staple destination. We strive to make our city proud by doing Texas Barbecue the right way. That means we use only prime meat cuts, and 100% Post Oak and Pecan Wood strictly on our offset smoker.

We take a very time-consuming, detail-oriented approach in making sure we are producing the most aesthetically flavorful product possible. That's what we mean when we refer to it as our craft.

We aren't promising total perfection- we're promising to always give every cook everything we got.

Like What You See?

We currently operate on Saturdays only from 12pm until sold out, but are available for catering. Just ask us for a quote.

Weddings, music festivals, corporate luncheons, family reunions, brewery events, car shows- we do it all, and we bring the juicy, meaty glory with us.
