Sausage 101
Sunday March 16th
This class will help lead you in the right direction to start producing your own homemade sausage. Each guest will receive 3 complimentary beverage vouchers, snacks, and a BBQ feast. We'll cover what equipment is required, what meat to source, proper fat ratios, salt, and seasoning ratios. We will grind, case, and link the sausage from start to finish. You will leave with a sausage recipe in hand and a full belly of barbecue and beer. It's gonna be a good time. See y'all there! Sausage 101: w/Pitmaster Dayne Weaver
