Join us in this 4 hour class hosted at Dayne's Craft Barbecue, where Pitmaster Dayne Weaver walks you step-by-step through his process of creating melt in your mouth brisket. From sourcing quality meat and fire management, to trimming and seasoning- he’ll cover it all! Attendees will receive a BBQ FEAST in addition to 3 complementary beverages.
